In the about me section, I’ve mentioned that I have two roommates renting, each renting a bedroom in my townhouse while I live in the basement.  With two roommates in a townhouse, some of you maybe wondering how big my two-bedroom townhouse is for three people to share the kitchen and common areas.

In terms of living space, the word townhouse seems to indicate a diminutive living space versus to what a house could provide.  This is somewhat true; a townhouse generally is smaller than most houses.  Nonetheless, I’ve been living like this for nearly the past 5 years(going on 6) years.  I, nor my roommates seem to mind the townhouse living.  Now, of course, the townhouse fits the needs of our current living situation, thus the reason why three of us can live under one roof.

Rather than explaining in words what the living details of my townhouse is, I’ve taken the time to draw out the floor plan of all three levels of my townhouse: first floor, second floor, and basement.
